“I was shocked to find out in Pisa there is nothing to see other than the church, baptistry and the leaning tower. That was underwhelming. Florence was lovely!! The guide we had for the statue of David was knowledgeable. If you are in a hurry this is a good time crunch way to see things otherwise book the events separately and enjoy more of Florence.”

“I recently completed this tour with Carrani Tours (English languages) on 11th September 2019. Our tour guide, Patrizia was professional, lovely and funny. She is an experienced tour guide and took care of us well. Antonio, the bus driver was nice and worked very hard to get all of our luggages in and out from the bus. The itinerary is good overall for first timers especially to get the best of the places in Northern Italy. The only one big comment I want to emphasize here is Viator DID NOT state clearly that some of the tours to places have additional costs. Here's the options that you will need to…”

“The best part was our private guide.the detail she knew of Florence and art was fivevstar. The frustration of the train delays almost ruined our day. But it turned out okay. Skip the line means you still stand in line. You just don't have to stand in the ticket line.”

“Tour itself is wonderful.BUT 1 Tour number is too big. 55 people! 2 We suspect that tours were joined together and we were not warned of the huge number 3 Group included families with very young children 2 of whom were special needs who were very disruptive on the bus. Again we were not aware that young children would be on the tour. Totally unsuitable for kids under 12 4 Hotel in Venice was disappointing. Very old stained bedding. Meals in restaurant were excellent. We realise that it would be difficult to find a hotel that would cater to such a large number but the quality of the hotel needs…”
